Shipping Policy

We deliver Internationally with FREE SHIPPING on Orders Over $149. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. After that, your order will be shipped and usually takes 7-12 business days to arrive.

The delivery time does not include the required processing time. (which is usually 1-2 business days)
Processing time may take 1–2 additional business days during peak seasons and holidays.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time of 20:00 PM (CST) will begin processing on the same business day or next business day.

We only ship to the United States(oversea islands excluded).

Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO)

Customs & Import Duties

In some cases, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.

If you are charged customs or import duties upon delivery, please contact us at hello@lovelycozy.com and provide a copy of the official customs receipt.
Once the receipt is received and verified, we will process a refund for the customs duties within 3–5 business days.

State sales tax (if applicable) is calculated and displayed at checkout and is the responsibility of the customer, as required by local laws.
